What this website collects

Very little. The site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own.

If you email us or use the enquiry form, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message.

Like any website, the network that serves this one sees technical information about each request, such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes this to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse.

What happens to an enquiry

An enquiry sent through the form is checked, then delivered to us as an email. The website does not keep a copy; there is no database behind it. We use your details to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver what you’ve asked us for.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the small function that receives the form.
• Postmark sends the enquiry email to us. It handles the content of your enquiry in order to deliver it, and keeps its own record of messages it has sent for a limited time.
• Google Workspace hosts our mailboxes, where your email then sits.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@northcode.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
